Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi is Board of Director, President - Global HR and CSR of TEQ ANALYTICS PVT. LTD . He is also consulting Director and CHRO – Jivika Healthcare Pvt Ltd .
Dr. Dwivedi was Group CHRO with ESDS Software Solution ,President & Global Head - Corporate HR and CSR of Datamatics Group of Companies, Group CHRO of Fazlani Group of Companies, Group Head – Human Resources
of Financial Technologies Group and also Director of a Leading Business School. He is also Adj. Professor of Human Resources of Birla Global University & Chair Professor of HRM @ Fazlani Academy of Business Sciences.
Dr. Dwivedi is a Ph.D in Industrial Psychology and a Certified Corporate Director from
Institute of Directors – IOD. Dr. Dwivedi is also a trained Lead Assessor for SEI- People Capability Maturity Model – PCMM developed by Carnegie Mellon University - USA.
Group Executive Director
Mr. Harshad Tendulkar carries the key position of Group Executive Director of Aarav Group. With nearly three decades of work experience, he carries a plethora of knowledge and wisdom that have been pivotal in the company’s growth. Prior to his tenure with Aarav Group, he worked with several other esteemed organisations in important managerial positions that earned him expertise in team building and human resource management, as well as over a decade of experience working in the pharma sector in finance management.
Having keenly understood the larger vision of our Group Chairman, Mr. Nitin Tiwari, Mr. Tendulkar has taken the initiative to execute his ambitious projects that will bring that vision to life. His expertise played a key role in in the group’s success amidst the fiercely competitive environment of today’s market. His leadership is reflected in the major strides that the Aarav Group has made since he took over this position.
Mr. Tendulkar’s mentoring and guidance will prove vital to the entire team in their future endeavors.

P&L Head for IT Solutions & Services responsible for INR 320+ Crores; extensively travelled across more than 46 countries. Worked with clients across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific; Japan; Middle East, Far East and India geographies. Key Decision Maker in devising Go to Market strategies. Managed a large Australia headquartered client with a total contract value of 80+ million USD (in a Client Partner role.
Experience in integration of acquired entities into the parent organization.
Global software delivery experience with a special focus on Customer Satisfaction (average score of >5 for Top 20 clients on a scale of 1 to 6). Delivered mission critical applications for global clients. Large team management experience of team size of 1,000+ comprising of diverse nationalities across India as well as overseas locations. Additional responsibility of Head of Information Systems.
Sr. Vice President – Projects
With a rich tapestry of nearly three decades of diversified experience in the technology sector, including four and a half years of international exposure in Muscat, Mr. Gokhale has cemented his position as a seasoned professional in leadership roles. His expertise spans end-to-end delivery and engagement management for enterprise-wide technology programs across various business segments. However, it is his proven track record of handling strategic accounts in BFSI, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and ITES sectors that truly sets him apart, instilling confidence in his ability to manage key business relationships.
Currently serving as Executive Director at Arnav Global Products & Services Pvt Ltd, Mr. Gokhale leads a team of professionals to ensure optimized delivery cost, revenue generation, and compelling account management for services business Pan India. Before arriving at the said state, Mr. Gokhale began his professional endeavor with a position of market developer, transitioning through profiles like system specialists and managerial desks to leading various tech-related departments and enhancing his service in a presidential post for corporate paradigm.
The journey contained cruising through organizations like TechNova Imaging Systems Ltd, Tele-Gulf, Team & CMS Computers, PCS Tech, and Dixit Infotech and ensuring management of relationships with customers and partners, strategizing business development, and ensuring profitability for the service portfolio. Endowed with a cultured learning in Computer Systems and Management Studies from esteemed Institutions in Mumbai, and certifications including ITIL, he has firmly believed in the power of continual learning and development. This belief has propelled him to attend various leadership and skill-enhancement trainings throughout his career, ensuring that his skills remain at the cutting edge of the technology sector.

Seeking to contribute within a dynamic and customer-focused environment, He is a strategic problem-solver known for delivering intelligent solutions with a sense of urgency at all organizational levels. His journey includes extensive training at Shah & Santoki Associates and pivotal roles at Parekh and Associates, as well as RPK & Co, where he led teams in project finance planning, financial analysis, taxation, audit, and advisory services.
